CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That's what I've had for the past several weeks. I lost my voice. And I've had to resort so sleeping in my reading chair because when I laid down in bed I felt like I was drowning. Fortunately, my children and husband have been sweethearts about it. They never complain or even grumble about my coughing, my needing to take a break when I'm doing something because of how weak I've become, or not being able to answer them audibly. They just want me to feel better. I'm very blessed to have such compassionate people in my life.
I hope your husband feels better. God bless him.

Yeah, I hate it when mothers don't wipe thier kids noses. Or worse, when kids wipe their own noses on Mom! (my neice, who's 3, tried to do this to me the other day. I hate snot!!! 
I gag more about snot than any other gross semi-fluid childhood element. )
