It is what has been attributed to us and when you consider that we are by the world considered the product of our culture and the nationality that enshrines it, nothing we say in our own personal defense is relevant beyond the sound of our voices.

Just wait for racism to end? Has that ever worked? The end of such injustices have generally been built upon massive organization by the oppressed and their allies. Slavery ended after decades of active protest by Quakers and other allies, repeated slave uprisings, and the most deadly war in US history. Abolition of Jim Crow? Civil liberties? Both after extensive protest and revelation of widespread and systematic oppression. How about other countries. Apartheid? British oppression of India? all after massive organized protest revealing the scope of the abuses. Can you name any end of such oppression that resolved itself by just waiting it out?

The heavy lifting has been done. Racism diminishes with each generation. When the baby boomers are gone serious racism will be a distant memory. Also the racial/ethnic makeup of America is changing rapidly. When whites are a minority racism will be directed at them (and that will be acceptable). All you have to do now is wait.

Funny, I hear conservative minded people here all the time telling us that the democrats still have the blacks enslaved by social programs, and the support for Planned Parenthood allows a genocide the likes we may have never seen. Oh and racism is no longer an issue.

I've been seeing an up tick inthis recently. Someone makes a claim, someone else asks for a source for that claim, then the response is, "look it up yourself!"

That, of course, is not how the burden of proof works. You either have evidence of undocumented immigrants getting benefits which are not available to all residents, or you don't. If you have such evidence, it is in YOUR power to provide it. We cannot simply guess at what specifically you are referring to.
