Well i have a cousin that is a driving instructor and have given her his number in case she needs rides and someone to teach her and hes not super expensive, and she always seems to have money for other things. She just wont.

Also I myself do NOT have heaps of money or an income at the moment either. Even if i paid for driving lessons for her she wouldnt do it most probably.

The other lady can drive just not at the moment even when she was driving she was always asking favours, bus she also gets the pension and fREE public transport. I get neither.

Learning to drive or being confident on the road is pretty much an essential skill esp in auckland and you live in the suburbs. Otherwise you just learn to do without or use public transport without asking others all the time which is what my other christian friend does who NEVER relies on me for rides. If something is urgent and needs to be done you sometimes actually need to call a taxi, that is what I do. Or you just wait.

God showed me this book called Victimization by June Hunt which may get to the root of the issue. If I cant download from the library I will need to go to the christian bookstore to find it.

I dont know if there is a story in the bible that applies to these situations.

Although the thirsty woman at the well and the widow that kept knocking at the door at midnight come to mind. In both those situations they got told to go and ask God.

Am a bit confused cos its not like these ladies arent christians, they are. They should know to go to God in the first place...?! Also they are older than me and been christians a lot longer.

Maybe I should end each conversation with dont ask me for favours, ask God!
