This was ridiculous before I even came along. :)

The equation I present (Holocaust victim, rape victim, etc. = beef cow, chicken, rat, pig, etc.) is a natural and logical conclusion to draw from the equation you presented -

if
a = x and
b = x and
c = x and
d = x,
then b = c

And...

If you're not going to take things seriously, then why should I bother with you?

Two scenarios:

1. Say that you saw a guy in a slaughterhouse about to kill a cow. Would you kill that man*, if you had it within your means, to save the life of the cow?

2. Now, say that you saw a guy about to gut a small child out on the street. Would you kill that man*, if you had it within your means, to save the life of the child?

* Killing the man is the only way to save the life of the cow or child.

First I'll answer scenario two:
For scenario two, I would definitely kill the man to save the child because it is socially acceptable to. This means I would not get in trouble by the law and I could still spread my message about animal rights without being looked down upon.

Scenario one is very difficult for me to answer. Part of me would want to kill the man for killing the animal, but the other part of me doesn't want to because the man was raised in conditions that animals are not respectable creatures. If I did kill this man, I would feel guilty because he honestly did not feel he was doing any harm because there was nothing really warning him before on why not to do it. Also, if I decided to kill this man, then I would be ostracized for this and never be taken seriously when I discuss animal rights. I also would have gone to jail and not be able to spread my message.

To be honest, I rather not have had to kill both men, but what am I to do? I want both the child and the cow to be saved, but one is socially acceptable to kill for and one is not. I really didn't want anyone to have to die. I also don't think that there would be any situation where there weren't more options for me to stop the murdering of the child and the cow.

I would not kill the man under any circumstance, as it is wrong to take a life under any circumstances. Killing someone is murder, regardless of what the situation is.

No, I am not a parent, and I never will be one. I am also not a murderer. I believe it is wrong to take someone's life for any reason.

Thank god. People like you do not need to breed. If you aren't willing to raise a had to stop the abuse of your own child, you are just as guilty of the violence.

I love all animals. I don't think it's wrong to eat meat but I am thinking about becoming a vegetarian just because their so darn cute.

I have never hunted an animal before.

But I have been people hunting. HA

Hunting Animals is for the weak, they can't shoot back. People can and deserve what they get most of the time. :help:

Im Joking, no im not, yes I am, im kidding, no, yes, no :eek:

No child should have a mother (or father) unwilling to defend its life either with her/his own life or by being willing to take the life of another.

If I were to ever have a child, I would defend it's life by any means neccessary, except taking someone's life. I would never take someone's life for ANY reason, not even to save the life of my child.

I don't think that's neccesarily a bad thing, like people are making it out to be. Murdering someone is wrong...circumstances don't make killing someone right. Though I agree with you in theory, I probably would defend a child to the point of having to take another's life...because that's just how I am.

So you would allow the loss of your child's life that easily?
