Carmel Apple tart!

I am in the mood for Mexican now. Here's a Taco casserole with some burritos and nachos with salsa and cheese on the side.

Boy, just the thoughts of that made me hungry! Good thing it's really close to lunch time!

I must say, you Methodists eat better than we do in the Lutheran forum. They keep wanting to feed me salted fish and saurkraut!

The caramel apple tart sounds scrumptious! And don't get me started on Mexican!! Mexican is my favorite food of all time! (Well . . . other than communion, of course, but I digress ).

Can someone come and cook dinner at my house tonight? Taco casserole would just hit the spot, I think.

Hi wvmtnkid! Corn casserole is my grandmother's recipe I learned how to make it while she was pastoring two churches. She didn't have the time to make it for family get togethers so it went to me!
