[OPEN] Covered-dish Dinner

YAY!! Donuts! Our church started a donut program a while back and it's going great!

I brought in some broccoli cheese and rice casserole. My mom makes that sometimes and I really like it!

Made my chicken and dumplings tonight. It came out good! Also roasted some beef and made an eggbake.

I have a real, live, and in person potluck on Friday but another lady in our congregation always makes lime fluff. I'll have to come up with something else.

It's a "hotdish" or "covered dish" that consists of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese, and spices ... baked in the oven and served hot.

I kind of like that. It has a few more ingredients than I find ideal. I think it's the nuts and coconut that put it over the top. I like my fluffy desserts to be smooth.

maybe I can make half the batch with just coolwhip and jello for the people that don't like "stuff" in their fluff.

Coney Dogs(Hot Dogs covered with chili & onions) and
Vernor's Ginger Ale (Ginger flavored Soda).

I threw in some fresh, hot, Apple Cake for dessert.
