CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

So the bad guys are trying to trade Lufune for the sword right?
I figure we just regroup for now and eventually they'll meet us and try to make the exchange.
By the way, does anyone know why ferment8 hasn't been on for so long?

ok, the majority except for paladin who was absent, agree that the orcs should take Xer's sword.
so here's the plan.
since Xer's sword has just been taken (read my post) by the orcs, Zagsnak has no reason left to protect the group because either way, he's got the sword already. While you guys are making Xer, Carrea, Kaelin and Orrifice chase after this group of orcs plus the few orc mages with them, the Sal Kadeins are going to stage an operation to hit the remaining orcs in Kytah and rescue Lufune.
we're going to let the orcs escape and chase them all the way to Zarkiara, which is our final destination.

BTW, Buskanaka will be away for two weeks and me and ferment will be on holiday for a month come next week. But i'll try to post if i had time.

owl, Carrea and Orrifice, Xer, Soiren and Kaelin are chasing after the group of orcs in Sal Kadedin as they got Xer's sword. Iruen is currently on their trail, so he's one step ahead of the group. The orcs will leave Sal Kadedin and head for Zarkiara.
meanwhile, another group of orcs that have been staying in Sal Kadedin for some time is being flushed out by the Sal Kadein soldiers. Actually, the two group of orcs are linked, and they're all pulling out because they now have Xer's sword.

glad to have you guys back! mmmm i say we cant just go ahead and ambush them and somehow in the midst of battle take the sword back. it'll be just too easy. we can have something happen, but i say we can't take the sword back so early.

no ideas at the moment...
but the sword should be taken back at Zarkiara.. something's going to happen there.. (the group discovering some hidden chambers in the ruins of Zarkiara, and Xer's sword is the key in getting to whatever lies inside).
*smack head* there's going to be quite a number of evil things in Zarkiara, we need reinforcement! would anyone want to write about the Sal Kadeins sending soldiers in after the group?
don't worry too much about the going through the mountains, just write small details of their coming upon orcs here and there since the mountainous area is the territory of the orcs'.
