CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thats if they make it through the gates, what with the counter siege weapons I have set up(maniacal laugh). Star said the fight goes to the person with the best strategies and plans, so you oughtta get to work on those. KH is a lousy tactician, but I am not, so let me know if you need a hand, heheheh.

I would like to think I know what I'm doing, and I do mostly 
, but I'm best at looking at a bunch of plans and picking the best one instead of just coming up with one. Your help would be appreciated Dave.
Edit: Question, Star. How are we gonna keep the threads on the same time? I mean, like, we in Ember hear their gonna leave and plan on having so much time to prepare. Then, they get ahead and just pop up and we're not ready? If this is already been solved or will work itself out, oops, my fault. Thanks

Don't fret Sampson, the Elves must pass over miles of plains to reach the city. We will have word of their advance hours before they get to the city. Then, they must assemble their seige weapons. So we're good.

Basically in THIS thread the Everel Generals are having a 'secret' meeting. Xhile is having his own secret meeting at the tavern with an elvan spy master and that's pretty much it.
And as for your question sampson, here is how it will work. The messengers, whom have been assigned, will speed to Ember or Lumloria ACCORDING TO PLAN to their cities and inform of events. False information, as I have said once before, IS ALLOWED. As for the timing thing, I'm speeding up Lumloria JUST a tad to catch up with Ember, however it is pretty close now...

Way back before the good ol' days, as we all should know, Many African tribes would cross large expanses of desert in what is known as a caravan that was composed of many camels. It was because of the camel that we now have the third most important food, cheese.
You see, when the tribes would make these journeys (which weren't possible without the camels), they would carry along milk in goat skin sacks. During the long voyage, the milk would sometimes curdle, yeilding the first form of cheese. If it hadn't been for the camels, we may never have discovered cheese.
I hope you all have a knew respect for camels. (good or bad, a new respect)
