Stay away from process foods. Meats, nuts, veggies, eggs, beans. No sugar (except for my coffee). I don't have problems with cholesterol, blood pressure or diabetes, currently, but they all run in my family. I have lost about 9 pounds in the last three weeks. You are allowed to cheat once a week. You will find that you crave this food after a couple of days away from the process foods. It's the Zero Belly Fat diet. I am short person so I am kind of challenged. It link's belly fat to dementia, which also runs on my dad's side, and a lot of other things to it. It eliminates process foods, bread and dairy for the most part. You can do some of gluten free stuff for breads etc.
