Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez threatened to use the powers of her elected office to retaliate against Donald Trump Jr. on Friday after the president's son posted a meme trolling her on his personal Instagram account.

The issue is that it is an ethics violation to threaten such action.

I agree it's a problem. Calling out from the other side is not the solution. It didn't work against Trump, it wont work against AOC.

Actually it's not. Rep. elect Ocasio-Cortez is has not yet taken office and thus is not beholden to any rules other than those that apply to everyday citizens.

What I stated is I enjoy her antics. She is in my opinion exactly what I view a representative of socialism as, clueless. It is a failed system that has never worked anywhere it has ever been utilised in human history.

I have no concern about Jr. He is the CEO of a multi billion dollar corporations. His ability isnt the issue. The threat is is what is at issue.

She outed herself when she said she didn't have the authority to produce that threat, so it wasn't a real threat. Personally, I wouldn't want one of my kids to respond that way but ....
