Scientist reveal that Adam and Eve really did exist

Scientists reveal all the evidence Adam and Eve really DID exist

Not the Adam & Eve of the Bible though.

They are THEIR version of Adam & Eve, and didn't even know each other.

From AI Overview:

Mitochondrial Eve and Y-chromosomal Adam lived relatively close together in evolutionary time, though not exactly simultaneously. Estimates for Mitochondrial Eve's time of life range from 150,000 to 240,000 years ago, while Y-chromosomal Adam is estimated to have lived between 120,000 and 156,000 years ago.

It needs to be stated that Mitochondrial Eve is not a fixed individual, nor is she the first human female.

Mitochondrial Eve is just the most recent human female that humans (or any other species) can trace their ancestry to.

As mother-daughter mitochondrial lineages die out, then this individual changes and the dating of the line comes forwards.

Some information:

Yes, I'm aware of that.

But I'm addressing dlamberth's remark that "scientist reveal that Adam and Eve really did exist".

That's like saying one can go to a graveyard and finding a grave with an Adam, then finding a grave with an Eve, then claiming Adam & Eve "really did exist."

Of course that statement was addressed to people who believe that the biblical Adam and Eve were merely meant to be symbolic of the first people and that there weren't any real people to whom they corresponded.

It takes a scientist to reveal that???

There was no whales or any other aquatic animals on the ark/sea vessel that's for sure.

No argument there.

Factoid: whales came before land animals.

I give up.

How did they?

(I take it they're still elephants, though, right?)
Ah, so your idea has come across a problem!

Perhaps your idea needs a little work before it's ready to show everyone, huh?

Weren’t whales land animals that went into the water? They are indeed mammals. Not fish.
Yes, we have a fairly substantial fossil record that clearly shows the way their body forms evolved over millions of years to go from being adapted to live on land to being adapted to living in water.

You also have this ...

Genesis 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

And the next day came the land animals.

Which one are you going to believe?

Your connect-the-dots "substantial fossil record" that's so full of missing links you can drive a truck through it?

Or the word of God?

This?

I'll go with what God's own Creation as Created by God is showing us over the Creation story of an ancient middle-eastern desert tribe.

By that, you mean Kylie's fossil record?

Luke 24:5b Why seek ye the living among the dead?

And what desert tribe specifically are you referring to?

The Amalekites? they were the elite desert warriors!

That’s what I thought.
