The suffering and the pain is then inevitable, but does end in joy when all is redeemed.... but in the meantime we must wait upon God's plan because God requires all to be moved along in progression , in stages that work beautifully to acheive His purpose [as we see it a purpose, it si not a purpose to Him, but simply the knowing of what He is not]
Fear of God is the beginning of understanding about love , only when love is perfected is fear cast out completely , thus to fear God initially moves one toward seeking to do love , ceasing to sin against the world , finding obedience to God :-It doesn't know.
All it knows bes that guilt sucks and fear sucks and it would see these eradicated from the universe because they serve no useful purpose whatsoever and bes not worthy motivations for anything.
Guilt is created by going against one's own awareness of what God will require of one in the end, perfect love ... originally guilt is caused by conscience , later by God more directly ...Job 28:28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

A deeper understanding is to see that it is God who created evil for His own purpose , the humbling of and reconciliation with His prodigal son ... thus the Satan is given almost all mankind to rule in this earth, but cannot make it work because his ways are not the only ways that work, not the ways of love ... but is it God who required the knowledge of the time-heart , who created it in the knowing that it should not work ... thus it is God who takes it upon Himself from the beginning to redeem all creation to Him... ALL creation
The path of the Satan then is deepest love for the Father, but the terrible task of seeing if any other way than love can work, and failing.... it is not a happy task ,but is in fact the main task of God in this earth
In the new earth the task is the redemption of the many which is the role of Y'shua and nether was it a pleasant task, but undertaken from deepest love also, to suffer unjust death as a man and bring in the remnant few of Israel from this earth who have been tried by opposing Satan and the whole earth [Leviathan] united against them

The end is long time away then, but many spend most of that time in death , but the end is assured in but three more stages which ensure the progressive removal of all mankind from control by Satan ,until he is left alone at the end, concedes that he is not a god, and receives the enduring mercy of God

Tears for oneself can help one see the truth about oneself ... tears for the world may show one's love for the world because one empathises with its pain... but in the end all tears cease because God will redeem all creation to Himself from the task He created it to serve for Him ...Both cause tears, and the only tears whats worth a fig bes them whats shed for another, not for oneself.
Thus Y'shua was sent to die to take away the guilt and fear because God alone is 'responsible' for creating tears and evil and suffering , having created them only to know what He is not , as indeed He as God is required to know ...
You are talking of thing only as far as the end of the aeon , that is only the first stage in God's plan , all who die are resurrected to life in the second resurrection even the SatanThis one will end, because it bes given to oblivion to service as the Makhashanah in the end. While it bes alive it bes the World-soul, soul of the world; the Heh Finale, the Daughter of the Divine and the Habitation of Demons.
Again that is only the end of the this phase of God's plan, there are two more in the life of saints in New Jerusalem, and in the lake of fire from God outside ..But in that grand and glorious Parousia shall the earth split open to release her dead. So shall its flesh split asunder and all its Inhabitants be released for Reconciliation. Then it shall be delivered at last, and expire.
These both have their purpose too , New Jerusalem first removes all who will believe God to trial to become saints after the spirit baptism
