New Skin isn't centered

Hi! Thanks for giving us skins.

Quick note that the 2 latter skins show exact same on my sys and the first listed skin appears to be the one we've had since upgrade, so of 3, 2 show the same and the other is the original.

So, I've got stormy selected. It's very nice, thank you.

When I go to any forum, I have to recenter it each time, as it right justifies itself.

So, once I manually center it by scrolling it to center, there is an inch (of solid blue) on left and right side.

Then I go into a forum and then it all goes to the right, so portion of the right of the forum and the inch are all off screen, not visible.

And I have to scroll to center it.

Can this be fixed so we don't need to scroll?

ETA: there's a 2nd problem. Even when manually centered - when in forums, text is still off the page; which must be dependent on each users width of whatever. I was just in cr and even tho had it centered had to scroll back and forth to read the posts.

Just noticed that in cr have to scroll to read all posts (once centered), but randomly went to a congregation forum and those did not need to scroll.

On the above; the ETA and below, is a 2nd additional problem, so there are two on this page, the one above that, and the one below the ETA.

ok, first detail, there is no stormy style.. it is moody.. lol

Moody and White sky styles have a common design.. the only difference is the background color and some tints in the postbit colors... it is to help the guys here who need darker styles.

if you are able to make a screenshot, i'd like to see what's going on with your display, because the whole thing is supposed to be ok in most of the browsers known... you are the first one to notice something that is not centered... what is th ebrowser /version you use ?!

Hi, I see that you wrote could not duplicate so I screenshot all below.

The skin selected is the skin selected shown.jpg (moody sky)

The home page 1.jpg shows about 1 inch of blue text to the left - meaning have to scroll to center page as is 1 inch of blue on left and the next image homepage 2.jpg shows the one inch of blue to the right.

They show that one has to scroll as the one inch of blue on right and left make the screen too wide, meaning the home page, and so have to scroll to center the home page.

Then on the ETA from op below I said this is a 2nd problem. The first shot cr with text off to right. jpg shows that after I center the page, that there is text off to the right which can not be seen unless scroll. The next jpg shows that text, which is just a bit, shows the text on the right that is cut off and have to scroll to read, and that's shown in cr showing the text which was to the right.jpg.

So, there's two problems... 2 extra inches on this skin, neccessitating (sp) constant scrolling to center each page manually one goes into. I don't believe we should need to scroll at all.

Then the 2nd problem, which is in cr in some/most posts, where even centered - meaning once I manually center the page, the text is off the the right and have to scroll over to see it.

So, I showed jpgs as attachements below, and when I say an inch of blue, I mean blue color of an inch off to the left and right of the home page as you see in the shots. All is shown in the jpgs.

p.s. will edit title so you'll see I added jpg's to duplicate the problem of what is occuring. Again, I have a 17 inch monitor and never had to scroll before upgrade and even with this new skin still have to scroll.

It could be that others are not saying need to scroll as compared to what had to do, they just aren't saying..is my guess. though not sure.

I took you at your word when said need to post in bugs as I had first posted in CR.

I saw the other bug report (old one for scrolling) and one member has posted that they also have to scroll now even with new skins but only an inch or so..so some people are still scrolling.

Only a few have posted after the new skins in that bug report; but I think there are probably lots with same problem.

post 21 is where says still needs scroll some.

to note: today I've tried, changing from wysiwyg to the other, then closed browser came back, then reselected wysiwyg..didn't change anything.

i've deleted all cookies, in two places - my browswer and using cccleaner and that didn't appear to fix the problem.

I also turned off reps, closed browser came back in, and as that didn't work, the turned reps back on.

Those are things I've tried so far.
