A stretch of highway I use to get to the city was recently opened (finally!) about a year ago - after taking about 5 years to finish an 18-month project. No worries though, they moved onto the Interstate and now that has been under construction for over a year, with no projected end in sight ...

It was the only way I knew how to have It, until at a university BBQ they were having to cook steaks so quickly to keep up with demand that the steak I got was barely seared. From the first mouthful I was hooked.

As long as it doesn't flinch when you poke a fork at it, it's all good.

that's alright, more for me. but I hate most seafood, so in that regard, more for you

It was kinda like that for me. I only knew "well done" but the first time I got one all tender and juicy ... oh man! But for a while I had to have dim lighting to eat it lol. I still don't do rare.
