Do you remember the pull tabs from aluminum cans? I remember that in 5th grade our classroom was collecting them to buy a seeing eye dog for someone.

Oh, yeah I remember them and you need to be careful so you wouldn't cut your finger! I'm sure that I did! I remember collecting them too for something....plus I want to say that we made some kind of art thing out of them.

I used to have one of those Panasonic 8-track players with the handle on top. They came in yellow and red. Do you remember those? I just Googled an image for it. I thought it was so cool. lol

I didn't have any 8 tracks but my father in law had one in his car...hahaha! He would always play Slim Whitman!

What about a little am radio! We thought we were big stuff having them!

I never had or made one myself, but we made bad music with them at school in music class. Did you have to learn how to play the recorder at primary [junior] school.

oh yeah! I remember music class and we had to learn Yellow Submarine....that is funny to think about! Did anyone ever make a keychain out of those plastic strips that you would weave together? I can't remember what they were called, but we would work on them at school and then everywhere we went.
