You asked for evidence that God created the moon ex nihilo. Not evidence that disproves he created it ex materia. Evidence for creating a moon is it's sudden appearance. Evidence against ex materia is no energy or mass being moved from somewhere else in the universe.

Because the answer is "none" and it's the reason why it's "none" that either you don't understand or don't want to know. I think it's the latter because, if you knew, you wouldn't be so smug in your ignorance.
