The world, ungodly as it is, might be duped into believing those layers of lie upon lie upon lie, YES.

The called out ones, called out from the world, are chosen and called out ones because the Creator chose them (us) and called us out from the world system of lies and destruction.

We are not expected to change the world. God is not going to change the world, until it is time.

So perseverance is necessary. Endurance is necessary. The evil society will persist and get worse daily, until the almighty everlasting creator takes His vengeance.

Then why ignore what God's creation and the study of God's creation tells you, and why only focus on an interpretation of the Bible which doesn't fit with God's own creation?

Because i dont think that science has the correct dates for the age of the earth etc..science can be right in many things but not that....

For me, all those layers were layed down during the great flood. There is good scientific evidence to support that too if you research it my friend.

It's not a secret. I'm an atheist. It's in my profile. I do not believe your god exists and that things written about it creating anything in your holy book are myths and fables. Why do you state the obvious?

Then you don't *really* "believe in science", because the science of the age of the Earth is incredibly solid. An age that also matches with the age of the Sun and the age of the asteroids. (not to mention the age of the Universe)

Its only *really* right if you believe in every mans methodology for determining the age of rocks etc etc...i dont. There are plenty of other scientifically proved methods that back a young earth.

I do believe in science....just not in science's interpretation of the age of the earth.

You don't have to believe the window that geological science opens the door to. But it can be tested, verified and it can been seen that it works. And what it tells us is that we live on a very old planet with a LOT of geological activity with mountain building, continental drift, climate and temperature changes, local flood, ice ages...the list goes on and on.

I have researched it myself. I find any attempts at claiming the layers were laid down by a global flood incredibly lacking in substance, evidence and fraught with bad science. I have no reason to accept a scientific claim that is purely religious in nature, not when God's own creation shows the truth.

That He will, including raining down stones from Heaven. Don't imagine anyone will stand out in the open debating their age or origin then...

Using the Bible is not a methodology at all, and also to use 'scientists who believe what I believe', which is a major case of confirmation bias, really puts your claim of 'mans methodology' being the problem as a contradictory statement, since you'll still be using mans methodology.
