my eyes again

Getting extremely frustrated. I've gotten to the point since I'm unable to wear my glasses n contacts for the most part, that I don't wear any at all n just try to see with my regular vision. It's difficult bc I'm near sighted but everything I've tried isn't working n the eye Dr can't do anything else so I'm stuck.

My problem is I have extremely dry eyes n this week especially I haven't been able to sleep so my eyes are worse then usual n it's frustrating me to no end.
