Good answer? has any religions God at anytime in history been anything more than an assertion by it's believers? the thousands of Gods that have been worshiped by countless people over the years are all man made and fictional except one even to you, every believer in every God that has ever existed would say exactly the same as you, all the other Gods are fake Gods, if you put all believers together they would cancel out all the other Gods between them.
We have threads like that from time to time. Did we create God or did God Create us. In your case we whole heartedly agree that your concept of God is man made. That is why we try so hard to help you to understand a true concept of God. Yet the Bible tells us that there are people that want to be deceived and they do not want to come to a saving knowledge of the truth. So everyone has a choice to make if they want to abide in the truth and have a true knowledge of God. His desire is for ALL to be saved and for ALL to come to a saving knowledge of the truth: "Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth." 1Tim2:4 Still we are told: "evil men and impostors go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived." 2 Tim 3 13 So there are two options and everyone has to choose and make their own choice. No one can make their decision for them if they want to abide in the truth or be deceived. We can choose to know the God that created us or we can chose to be deceived by a man made concept of God, what you call: "fake Gods".

My heart goes out to those children, wrapped and packaged even before they have a chance to think for themselves.
You're not alone with that mindset.

Revelation 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

You are the one that follows "fake Gods" in your own words. The children are blessed for coming to a saving knowledge of the truth very young and they live a good, blessed life of adventure and discovery of the truth. We choose life or death, blessing or curse, sickness or health, poverty or prosperity. That is a choice that we all make in life and we need to choose wisely.

1 Jesus said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come! 2 It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble. (Luke 17)

If you're so convinced that you're offering them a choice, why does it sound eerily like brainwashing?

they think it could be one of two things, either the number of Christians [mainly] is dropping rapidly or the religious are all afraid to call in because they keep getting crushed by the hosts, a bit like here in fact.
Either that, or maybe he does some serious blaspheming?

It sounds like brain washing to say that: We choose life or death, blessing or curse, sickness or health, poverty or prosperity?

My son is graduating from High School. He worked VERY hard and he already has a years worth of college credits. He did not choose poverty his choice was prosperity and he is working hard for that. Not only him but the kids he has been in school with all along. They have learned to choose life, blessing, health and prosperity.

Not everyone makes that choice. For example my wife knows a women from her job that got killed by a bullet in a drive by shooting. Someone got involved with the wrong people and someone did not choose life, health, prosperity and God's blessings. We are just trying to help people to make the right choice.

OK here's a challenge for YOU, tell me exactly what your God is and what makes your God any different from all the other Gods that you claim are false Gods?
I'm sure you're familiar enough with "what my God is."

As far as what separates Him from the others ... He is real.

Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

In addition ...

Romans 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

Who else is both just and justifier?

In addition ...

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Now ... run all the gods you can think of through those three filters and let's see if anything comes out.

Doesn't sound like you're giving the little ones much of a choice at all... it's your way before they're even old enough to realize what a highway is...

My son is graduating from High School. He worked VERY hard and he already has a years worth of college credits. He did not choose poverty his choice was prosperity and he is working hard for that. Not only him but the kids he has been in school with all along. They have learned to choose life, blessing, health and prosperity.

This has nothing to do with the way you described how you indoctrinated children to march and chant about Jericho... although I suppose that had nothing to do with making choices, either.

Blasphemy is simply saying something you don't like and religions make people dislike a lot of things they wouldn't normally dislike, it makes people thin skinned and intolerable.
Religions fool people into thinking they have the answers and make them waste the one and only life they are going to get, but when it's all boiled down it doesn't really matter because we live our lives until we die and that's the end, how we ran the race or if we even competed in the race is not important to us once we are dead.

I think religion is a sickness.

No, it really is the opiate of the people... a medicine, not the illness.

But like any other medicine, it must be carefully measured... a proper dosage can numb one to pain, but too much can easily become addictive and ultimately destructive.

You seem to be spending a lot of time with us "sick folk."

Shall I call you "Mother Teresa"?

Only if he can call you "Typhoid Mary."

If you like, the thing is most religious people are religious through no fault of their own just as most sick people are sick because they have caught something they didn't want, how many religious people would rather not have the fear of hell hanging over their heads and even be afraid to question their beliefs?
Why don't religious people worry about other religions hell? why are they not even afraid the question other religions?
because the seed of only one religion is ever planted into the minds of people.

If they did, they might end up sending out missionaries, wouldn't they?
