The quote mining of the Bible became obvious to me when I first started to investigate the so called hundreds of predictions of Jesus coming in the Bible. Now granted there ARE prophecies of a messiah. There are not hundreds of them. Most are quotes out of context that can match part of Jesus' life. In other words, quote mines.

You got that straight. Can't even roll up a window any more. Air bags will kill you. In fact I have a 2003 I need to take in on recall for that very reason. and trying to work on anything yourself these days is ... not likely. Crumple zones? I remember setting up a tent over the hood to get things done.
