It's clearly a local flood. A big region to be sure, but still local. Probably covers more than the horizon.

Sure. In the physical world, evidence can usually be cross-referenced, examined, and verified by multiple people. In the spiritual world, that's usually not the case, since most spiritual experiences are only experienced by the individual and are not repeatable or demonstrable to others. So the scientific method isn't reliable for analyzing the spiritual world.

Nope that doesn't work at all. We changed definitions of what was a planet and Pluto stopped being a Planet. There are existing definitions of what a ruminant is and you are suggesting that the Hare itself changed so significantly that it would no longer be a ruminant.

Of course this entirely conversation is hilariously hypothetical as there is quite literally no reason at all to believe that the modern Hare has a ruminant ancestor a few thousand years ago.

I think even AV knows that the Bible is full of failure. He is simply projecting the failure of the love of his life to every other method of thought out there. It is a defense mechanism that does not fool anyone.
