Kyler entered the caffetira where all of the other agent were enjoying their breakfasts. Kyler quickly grabbed some food and sanned the area for anyone recognizable. He noticed Connor and ran over to him. "hey, what happened to you yesterday?"

Caitlyn woke up tired, and sore. that was hardly surprising; she vaguely remembered having hit the concrete at full speed. and full speed is noticeably faster than it was before. she had a bruise on the side of her face, and she ached all over. nothing serious, but she didn't feel like going for a run either. after poking her head into Sammy's room and finding it empty, she went in search of her roommate.

Connor turned and saw Kyler behind him. He stood up and gave him a quick shoulder hug.

"Man, I've been so worried about you guys. By the time I got here, the FBI was already on their way to get you guys. They made me stay here. How are Sammy and Jason?"

Connor turned and saw Kyler behind him. He stood up and gave him a quick shoulder hug.

"Man, I've been so worried about you guys. By the time I got here, the FBI was already on their way to get you guys. They made me stay here. How are Sammy and Jason?"

"Its good to see a familair face." Kyler sighed, " As for Sammy and Flame, we dont really know anything. they wont tell us anything, and I'm starting to worry about them."

((Oh bother, I'd really meant to post before now but between exams, other classwork, work, car troubles, and preparations to go overseas I haven't had the time. I do really mean to jump back in as soon as I get settled and caught up on what's been happening in my absence.))

Peta yawned and stretched as the morning sun woke her up the next morning. After they got back from the police headquarters, she went to the kitchen to brew some tea to relive her headache. Suprisingly the headache was not as bad as other times. Peta crawled out of bed and walked over to her dresser. After doing her morning routine, she got ready to go down to breakfast. With her hair was pulled back in a long braid, she walked out the door and down the hall to the cafeteria. She had dressed in a long black peasant skirt with leggings and a white peasant top. Peta loved wearing loose clothing it always made her feel free. The smell of the food was causing her stmach to growl, she had not realized how hungry she was. Peta walked into the cafeteria and got into the line. As Peta stood in line she took a look around to see if anyone else was awake. There was few others that she had sen yesterday at the fight already eating breakfast. She grabbed a plate, and placed it the tray. As she slid the tray down the line she placed a serving of bacon and eggs on her plate. Peta also placed a couple slices of buttered wheat toast and a glass of orange juice on her tray before looking for a place to sit. Her eye caught an empty seat at a table near 2 other agents that was in the fight. She walked over and sat down at the table. After saying a short blessing, Peta started eating her breakfast and listening to the conservations going around her.

having wandered around for some time without seeing anyone she knew, Caitlyn ended up in the cafeteria, which was already relatively full. realizing she was hungry, she grabbed some food and, scanning the room to see who she could find, headed over towards Kyler and Conner.

Connor nodded, then noticed a girl walking towards them.

"Hey Caitlyn, how are you?"

Connor remembered that Caitlyn was Sammy's room mate.

"Have you heard anything about Sammy and Flame?"

((Sorry for being MIA, tough semester. Hopefully I'll have more time from now on though. Let's keep this alive.))

Hope opened her eyes and stared at the clock until the numbers came into focus. It was later than she expected, she was normally a very early riser. But considering the events of the previous day, she wasn't too surprised. Breakfast would already be available. She slowly climbed out of bed, grabbed a quick shower and headed down to the cafeteria. She was a bit taken back by the number of students in there. She guessed that many of them had felt an overnight trip home was long enough and had come back to the school to get settled back in before classes started up again tomorrow.

In line, she glanced around at the sea of faces. She wondered if any of them knew about what happened yesterday or if it were just the people who were in the fight that knew. Either way, she was sure rumors about it would eventually get around.

Drew rolled over in bed and glanced at the clock. He then rolled back over and shut his eyes again. He could skip breakfast today. It had taken him a long time to get to sleep last night thinking about what had happened and how he hadn't gotten there in time to help out. Maybe there was something more to this place than just getting rid of his powers. Maybe he could become someone that helped prevent people from dying the same way his parents had. Enough thinking, more sleep was needed.

Caitlyn slid into a seat at the table Conner and Kyler were sitting at. "Hi Conner. nope. not a thing. I was wondering if you knew what was up. from your question, I would assume that would be a no."

Sammy slowly made her way into the kitchen, careful not let enything rub against her still sore back. As she walked through the door way, she saw a couple of other mutants sitting at tables already eating. Among them was her room mate, Caitlyn. She decided to walk over and sit with her.

"Guys, look! Sammy's here!!"
