"Good," Razze said with a nod. "That is a smart decision on your part. And it's nothing to be ashamed of, most agents end up talking with counselors at some time. To answer your question, we meet again for this class in two days. But of course you have your other classes to attend and for that you'll have to check your schedule."

((This is the only class that is played out as a group. Everyone has different schedules for the rest of their classes and they don't have to be played out, but can be if you want. They are left to play with as you want, within reason of course, no dark arts magic course or anything. ))

Connor yelped as he hit the ground. He looked around to see where that guy had gone and saw him standing in him!! He screamed and the guys fell to the ground, jumping out of him. He looked at the guy.

"Whoa!! How did you-"

Suddenly he heard someone yell for help. He looked at the guy and motioned for him to follow. He ran over to the source of the panic and saw a guy lying on the floor. He bent down and checked for a pulse. It was weak.

He really sceaved germs, but this guy wasn't gonna make it if he didn't help him. He could see that he wasn't breathing. He began CPR.

KYLER

Kyler followed Connor. He was shocked to see his room mate Jason on the floor, unconcious. "I'll go get help!" Kyler said before he ran off to find Agent Razze. He found her talking to Zalx, back in the room that they were all in not that long ago. "MY roomate is hurt and needs help. " He told agent Razze, then led her to the scene on the basketball court.

JASON

With the help of Connor Jason was soon breathing again. He imediately sat up and leaned over,coughing uncontrolably.

Zalx watched the scene helplessly. I could give him some of my blood with extra oxigyn, no but he would get every diease known to man. Mabye a quick jolt from... But he was cut short as the guy shot up and coughed. Well the situation resolved itself. Zalx was slowly starting to understand that their were other mutants here, other mutants who could do things that before only he could do. Zalx relised mabye he shouldn't get involved in everything that is going on. He asked agent Razze "When is my consuling class?"

Suddenly, the guy Connor had been helping sat up and started coughing. He patted the guy strongly on the back.

"Dude, you gave us quite a scare... are you alright??"

Agent Razze arrived on the scene as the situation was being resolved. Jason was a little out of breath, but it appeared he was going to be okay. Maybe it hadn't been such a good idea to allow the students to practice on their own, but then again Jason was well aware of his powers and should be aware of the dangers by now. It was something for them to take into consideration though, there was no telling how dangerous these abilities could be for the ones who had them. The agents had only thought about how they may be dangerous to each other.

Hearing Zalx's question through her own thoughts, she replied, "you can set them up to your own schedule. You can go talk to the counselor now to set up a time or you can do it later but don't wait too long."

Suddenly, the guy Connor had been helping sat up and started coughing. He patted the guy strongly on the back.

"Dude, you gave us quite a scare... are you alright??"

Jason stood up, still abit dizzy. He stumbled a little. "I'm fine!" Jason shouted, angry at his own failure. His anger flowed through his powers and lit his hands on fire, but he didn't even notice. He just walked away from the scene, embarraced and dissapointed.

practice. practice how? I've never done this before.
it sounded like she ought to be able to ,like, run really really fast or something, but how was she supposed to get emotional when she was running? running calms me down. it's not going to help get me freaked out. well, no harm in trying.
she found an almost abandoned area and took off, trying to think of something, anything, to get a 'strong emotion' going.a few minutes later, tired and frustrated, she collapsed on the grass. great. I don't even have "strong emotions." from what she said it happens when you're upset. but I barely ever get upset. I get mad, sure but not really mad. okay what's another strong emotion...

Ha!

she got up again and started to run, then closing her eyes, tried to feel like she was ski jumping. free fall. excitement. riding the edge of control. she tried to hold on to the feeling, recreate the adrenaline rush of really falling, then took a deep breath and opened her eyes.

things were whizzing past. it didn't really feel like she was going faster, but it definitely looked that way. she had about a second to wonder at her phenomenal speed before she realized she was headed right for a tree. oh crap! she panicked, tried to stop herself, and dropped instantly out of her euphoric state of mind. her legs struggled to keep up with her momentum, but failed miserably,and she crashed headlong into the ground.

her entire left side was scraped raw, and she was going to have a rather impressive goose egg on the left side of her head, but there seemed to be no hugely impairing damage. already the pain was being washed away in an after-the-fact surge of adrenaline, and an extremely powerful desire to try again.
I did it! now let's see if I can do it again.

Sammy followed Drew into the room. There were a few lamps set up in a circle, and a bunch of computers. It wasn't an interrogation room, but this wasprobably better.

"Ok... so exactly how is this supposed to work??"

Connor could sense that the guy wasn't too pleased with himself, but he figured that he shouldn't be alone after nearly dying. HE ran after the guy.

"Hey, dude!! Wait up!!" he soon caught up with him. "Hey. The name's Connor!" he held out his hand for the guy to shake....

Jason turnd around suddenly, and looked at the guy. He was all wet and smiling, holding out his hand. When will this guy quit? Can't he take a hint.

"Buzz off! dude!" he said mockingly. "just go play with your water or something." he said referring to Connor's wet appearance. than he continued to walk away.

Kyler could see that the situation wasn't going to end well for Connor. Kyler ran up beside him. "Hey, man, you don't want to cause trouble with him. trust me on this."

((So sorry that I haven't posted in so long. I was gone all weekend, but my schedule should be back to normal now. :o ))

Katherine smiled when Luna took off her hood, thinking that the girl would be a little less shy around her now. Turning around, she walked off towards where she guessed Lenny had gone. Up ahead, she saw her ferret running towards a group of people. Of the three, she only recognized two: Kyler and Jason. Jason looked as if he was about to attack a boy, who had a rather friendly look on his face. Kyler seemed to be trying to convince the guy to leave Jason alone.

"Lenny!!" she said, and tried to concentrate her powers to get the ferret to come back to her, but it didn't work. Lenny was too intent on making some new friends to listen to her. She called his name again and ran toward him, trying to catch him before he bothered Jason, who would probably take his frustration out on the animal.

Andrew looked the room over. If Sammy's gift had something to do with electricity, this was the place to test it out. He was surprised the room wasn't locked considering all of the mutant who were running around here, but then again with all the security cameras in the halls, it would be hard to get by with much.

"I don't know," Drew said with a shrug. "She said something about trying to get all emotional or junk and then think about your powers. Should we leave the computers off or turn them all on?"

Luna followed after Katherine and Lenny. She had a really bad feeling about going towards the small knot of people Lenny was bent on going to. A sudden wave of emotion washed over her. Luna felt angry and happy and worried all at the same time. She stopped walking and tried to clear her head. As suddenly as the emotions had come, they were gone. Luna stood there not wanting to get any closer to the group of people for fear of feeling their emotions again.

Lluvia watched the whole scene worriedly. She couldn't understand why Jason would just storm off like that. He had almost died and they had saved his life! He could have at least said thank you! And he seemed angry at them for saving his life. It didn't make any sense to Lluvia at all.

Jason continued to walk away, not knowing where he was going. He just wanted to get away from there. He had been embarreces enough for one day. He was supposed to be the one who already knew how to take control of his powers. If it weren't for this whole breathing problem he could de so much more. Jason created a ball of fire in his hand. Even this small display was taking the oxygen from his lungs. Jason knew tht fire needed oxygen to burn, if only he could find a way that the oxygen did come from him but from the air around him. JAson continued walking around the campus. There were people pretty much everywhere. All sorts of people. Most of them were about Jason's age, some a little older some a little younger. Jason found a lone tree to sit under. He tried experimenting againwith his fire ball. He tried to force it to take it oxygen from the air aound them but that failed. HE found that then he ad no control over it. it started to grow uncontrolably. Jason shirt caught fire. He stood up and tried to put the fire out. He did, but not bfore the flames burned a nice round hole in his shirt. He started to brush off hs shirt when something zoomed passed him. What in the world? Jason kept his eye on the fast moving object. what is that? Well whatever it was. it crashed right into the ground. JAsonran over to see what it was. When he got close enough. he discovered that it wasn't an it, but a who. It was a girl. He figured her power must be super speed. But she didn't seem to be upset about her crash, but happy. "watch where you're going! You were inches away from crashing into me!" he shouted rudely at her.

"sorry. just practicing. I can't see to much when I'm going that fast." she got up dusted herself off. that side was going to hurt a lot tomorrow, but for the moment it wasn't too bad. on the other hand, if she were to listen to her common sense (for a change), it would probably tell er not to try to run anymore until she figured out how to stop.the guy was still staring at her, with annoyance written all over his face. well I can see his point I guess. but still, give a girl a break. i've never done this before. "no need to get so upset. it was an accident. and you didn't get hurt." she went over to him and offered her hand. might as well try to be friendly. for all I know I could end up working with this guy. "I'm Caitlyn. and you would be..."

Katherine scooped Lenny up into her arms, holding him so that he couldn't get away and run after Jason. She turned and walked back to Luna, wondering why she had stopped a few feet away from the group of people. Lenny climbed up onto her shoulder and nuzzled against her neck, finally calm. Katherine sighed softly, exasperated, but rubbed his head. "He's usually not this much trouble..." she mumbled, half to herself and half to Luna, "I don't know how I'm going to practice using my powers if he keeps running off like that, but I don't want to just leave him in my room. I guess he's just not used to be around so many people...it's usually just me and dad..." She trailed off, trying to hide the fact that she missed her dad.

" He said and he lit a flame in his hand and put it out. " you know, before you start crashing into people again you should try to learn a little self control. " he said in a more sarcastic than concerned tone. "so how long have you known you were super fast?" he said trying to start a conversation. not many people enjoyed talking to Jason here, so he figured he'd try to talk to her.
