it has a security hole with the winks... MS will soon be forcing a downgrade to 6.2 until it is resolved and I wouldn't use a patch as I think that violates the licence you agree to during the install...

I don't even know what the patch does, or if it's necessary, but the MSN is very nice.

Try doing a search for it on the internet. Lots of places offer it for download. I'm using it without a problem. I really like it.

Note that winks are temporarily disabled in the latest build. There is also going to be premium content you can buy as add ons, like emoticons, themes, etc. I especially like the ability to sign in as away, or appear offline, etc. A good messaging client is in the works here.

Why download something that is beta in the first place if it needs a patch what is the use all you will have is trouble till msn is ready to give it to u.
