Most Annoying/Embarrassing Death

In a moment of not so bright fighting in fallout 3. I tried to kill a dog with a fatman ....At point blank range. Needless to say, me, the dog and a molerat all went up in a irridated blast of pain with mushroom cloud finishings.

The most foolish death for me is when I didn't play a game where you could die. When I had the original playstation, and I was playing Cool Boarders, I would jump over the guard rail and down cliffs on different levels for S n' Giggles.

Today I kept falling off of the map in OpenArena. It was a space map, and I kept going over the edge!

Most annoying death?
Today...I was PvPing and there was no one from the other side nearby. I was running with my group...and I started lagging. So I checked and my scanner was running, so I canceled it. But then my computer started lagging madly...and suddenly I was frozen. The screen would move sloooowly sometimes, and I could see red numbers flying. Finally it unfroze and I was dead.

Oblivion deaths?
-Drowning in a quest involving lots and lots of water.
-Falling off one of those tower bridges.
-Falling down a mountain.

And just generally being uncoordinated in my use of the keyboard and mouse.

In Gears of War, I was using the Hammer of Dawn on a Seeder. When it was about to fire, Kim stepped right in front of me, in the path of the laser, and it blew everyone up.

While in "ghost mode" as an Elf in WoW, I ended up running off the edge of a waterfall into a crack that I couldn't seem to get out of. I had to delete the level seven character.

While in the elevator in F.E.A.R., I ended up accidentally using a rocket launcher when Alma appeared in the elevator with me.

My friend and I were doing a co-op campaign of GoW2, and we were on the level where you have to take out the Locust mortar squad from ontop of the Derrick. We nailed them with our mortars, and just when we were doing the "hell yeahs", big explosion, we're both dead. Apparently the Locust mortar squad had shot mortars up at us just as ours were coming down, so we didnt see them.

My most embarrassing death had to be on WoW. I wound up doing a "Leeroy Jenkins" (NOT to be confused with Leroy Jenkins, the prosperity preaching televangelist) with my B.elf Warlock and her Voidwalker when I was helping some guildies and other people take down a certain quest in the Ghostlands.

I set off an alarm in Bioshock and didnt have enough money to use the Bot Shutdown panel.

I was playing Lost Planet and was on a level where I had pretty much killed all the bad guys off and decided to explore so jumped off a ledge expecting to have my grapple kick in ....I plunged to my death.

A tank punched me off the hospital roof in Left 4 Dead.

Also, in that same campaign, I was just getting to the safehouse with severely depleted health. A tank spawned OUT OF THE SAFEHOUSE and incapacitated me.
