One problem seems to be the length if time it takes for asylum cases to be heard. Hire and train as many immigration lawyers as you need--some on a per diem basis. There are lots of law school graduates chasing after jobs. When immigrants come, house them humanely, right at the border, and when their case comes up and is denied you can immediately send them home.
I would do it by charter flight. House the 90% who are denied humanely till you have a full flight and make your stops.
I do support birthright citizenship, DACA, and pathways to citizenship.
I do support asylum when necessary.
Why the charter flights at our expense? Bringing them safely and humanely back to their starting place makes it less likely they will try again.
