they did ultrasound on my neck & stretches

can you ask for that?

I've been rearended before also..... whiplash and one leg goofy for about 2 years over it and I constantly look in my mirror as one time I pulled over on the shoulder of the freeway to avoid someone that would have hit me didn't allow enough distance to stop.
