I told my four year old he has to stay in his room til the clock turns green. I thought I could sleep in til 7. Then the dog decided to get me up.

I used to sleep very well but now it is a crap shoot as to how much sleep I get and how rejuvinated I feel.
When I was younger I could at times sleep 9 to even 10 hours if I was behind on sleep, now sleeping 8 hours is rare most often I get 6-7 hours for a good nights sleep. I am lucky however that I can nap if needed.

A little windier and cooler today....... I suspect we will jump from too hot to cold soon with few days in the mid 70s to low 80s and few nights that I won't need to turn on the heater.

sound good. I'm sort of still on my weird diet but not losing weight much lately I'm eating more junk food from being stressed out too much. I'm not gaining weight though like I was before.

I didn't think so either after I tried and ended up gaining 20 lbs but I lost that weight I want to lose about 5-10 lbs more but not a pressing issue at this time as I'm not as physically active as I usually am and still not gaining so I should lose when I get more active.
