Perhaps the point is that in actual papers, and circles of academia, this and other things is no big deal at all. However, the textbooks in schools, or media, and other places that disseminate information, like to make it sound like they know what they are talking about, when they spout off.Read the article and tracked down what I think was the paper in PLoS, here's the link if anyone is interested.

I really don't see the point here, it's a great fossil but it's significance is of no great consequence. The authors seem to think there are important insights into primate evolution but I don't see anything of the sort.
It's a cool fossil, however, I fail to see how anyone could mistake it for a 'missing link'.
I'm not fussy. I would prefer any state that puts God back in schools, and tries to live somewhat according to biblical morals. In biblical times, unlike today, there was a etiquite to follow (given by God) for both slave and master. One of the more well known is freedom of debt bondage after seven years.
