That's still a generalization that isn't considering 1) that many is relative to your statistics and 2) women may actually have a similar capacity for calculus as men, it's just the teaching method favors men and their learning styles

Oh good grief. Some women have trouble with calculus. (So do some men). Many women don't, though. As I recall, at my (all girls) high school we had some very elite high achieving maths students who enjoyed the challenges of calculus (and all the rest).

Don't negate the fact that many jobs require the 'muscle mass' that only men have.

I wouldn't hire a woman to do tree trimming work (maybe for office work though). Women's opportunities are affected by the requirements of the job.
