CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah Tink is cool. Those girls would change their screen names at least once a year it seemed
(her and Inkabink). I'd stop posting for a while and come back; it would take me a little while to figure out who they were.But yeah, Tink is her current screen name.

there was a pretty adventurous gal that used to post here. if i said her name everyone would know who im talking about. she used to travel around the country, connecting with people on craigslist. she was a pic-happy poster that would constantly make vids of her expeditions and piano playing. the girl had spunk. last time i saw her post, she ended up being a minister at a church. it was always exciting to see her post.

Why? Because he was one of those awesome, funny people who I could talk to and would absolutely never read anything more into the friendship than was there. When I saw this thread he was the first person who came to mind.

There was this one guy, though I can't remember his username off the top of my head...
He was this preppy kid from Burbank, CA. He was one year younger than me, so he was 18 and I was 19 at the time when he was on here.
That kid was nice but kinda silly. We liked to talk and I guess you could say we were friends... we would chat on instant messengers every so often. I think he liked older chicks, specifically the hot ones and I'm pretty sure he asked me for dating advice a couple of times. He was in community college from what I remember.

Friggen yes! She was one of the first peeps to be friendly with me.
Pink Sweetheart (I believe), Ester (Queen E), Ericka, Keri - all peeps who accepted me, prayed for me, and encouraged me - even with frank and 'real stuff' when I was struggling with some crap, and not feel weirded out by it.
Miss Spaulding would be included on this, but she still posts here

Thanks guys but I'm not that long gone. I just forget to post a lot lately.
Someone who I miss who actually just sent me a PM reply from a message I sent 5 years ago is Braticus. I doubt most people remember her but it brought up a long of memories receiving that PM.
