Maybe this will clarify: can I encourage my offspring's instinct for Evolution?

How many generations does it take for instinct about Evolution to be stronger?

Yes but how do you know I didn't do something differently? Which change is evolved for the species and which not? Where is it recorded ('no this is for an individual', 'yes this is for a species')?
Because evolution is about proportions of genetic traits in a population.

Any trait held or not by an individual is not in itself evolution and it also doesn't change either over their life or because of choices made.

Yes it is, my seed goes on to define my young, how much they mate, for example.

Your choices do not change your genetics, so they don't change the genetics of the population, so it's irrelevant to evolution.

I think fundamentally what I want: is a choice I can pass on to my young.
Then pass on to him this choice from God:

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

You said it! "Thou and thou seed [together]"
