CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I remember listening to a home improvement program and the guy said bleach might not kill all the mold. If you bleach it it might grow back. I remember that because I was surprised. I thought bleach kills just about anything. He mentioned some products you can get at a hardware store that are supposed to kill mold. Maybe he was just pushing a product, I don't know. Bleach isn't good for some surfaces, like wood.

Life for me has got really busy .. Last weekend one of my tenants moved out. The bedroom she was in hadn't been repainted in quite a while, and there is some joint compound work that needs to be done. So I need to start work on that, but I had a
date all scheduled for tonight.
The Friday I head out to a HAI workshop that will keep me from getting any work done on the room till Monday afternoon. But its all good stuff. :)

So this weekend is very odd for me. My older son is at drill and has been since yesterday at 4am and he will be gone until Sunday. My younger one leave tonight for Magic Mountain for a field trip and will be gone until 6am Sunday morning.
So the big question is "SHOULD I HAVE A WILD PARTY WHILE THEY'RE GONE?"

Me and the dogs are gonna whoop it up I tell ya!

So as I mentioned a tenant moved out a couple of Saturdays ago. So I decided to repaint it. I got the holes patched and last night I got the walls all primed including the stair well to the 3nd floor.
Tomorrow I'm off to Canada to visit my Canadian GF. I'm taking her to a lev1 HAI workshop. The 1st time she has ever done anything like that. Then I'll fly home Tues and get back to normal life. Try to get the tenant's bedroom finished painted and fix the floor a little and paint it.
Then I can get back to working on my bathroom!

Of course with spring finally getting here I've also had to rake the yard, which I'm almost done.
Ahh, a good busy life with lots of love.

Yes, Michelle .... I think a wild part will do you some good. Celebrate like the Jew did when they were going up to the Temple to worship! I think after all the hard work on the sheep ranch they had a really good time in Jerusalem!

Queen ... HAI stand for Human Awareness Institute, its been around since 1968. At a workshop we do a lot of exercises that deal with communication and intimacy. One gets to practice living at choice and expressing to others what you want and don't want. It tends to be a lot of engineer types as we tend to have problems with communication and then think I should take a class on that!
I have found its helped me a lot, meet some very interesting people, not many are Christians so I've to to witness quite a bit. I think tho quite a few fundamentalist type Christians would have some trouble with the workshop tho.

It could be worse. You could have my schedule. I haven't got one. When the phone rings, I have a job that may last anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days. The phone rang, so tomorrow I have a job that will take me from O'Hare Airport in Chicago to Shelbyville, TN-- some 570 miles one way. I won't be back until Sunday.

Trying to figure schedules and days of the week can be fun with a job like this one.

No thank you! lol. I have a hard enough time trying to schedule things and make sure I ask for days off in advance, I would not like to not have any kind of schedule

Yes, the past few weeks have left some people that post here hurt or feeling unsafe. So things have changed. .... its sad and frustrating as we had built a very safe place where quite a few people found others who cared and accepted them. This site had been that was for at least 2 yrs maybe 3 yrs and then a few things changed it and they didn't feel safe any more.

I pray healing comes.
