Yes we should all live in fear with our own wifes, clown.

Watch your tone, this isn't one of the debate forums and your not talking to the same people. If can't give or receive helpful christian advice in a christian manner then refrain from posting.

Good call, however its offensive to me for someone to say OS is a sin especially in the context of marriage. I think people should refrain from making such offensive comments as well. He might as well have been spewing out a bunch of expletives.

I understand, I don't think it's a sin either but the idea that it is sin is very prevelant in our parents and grandparents generations becuase of things like modesty, shame, humilitation.
Even amoung our more liberal christians of today, I don't think very many people could continue doing their wild thang with their spouse without blinking an eye if Jesus suddenly appeared next to the bed. Their would be alot of grasping for covers, yelling and embarassment.

Interesting point! I wonder if it is even possible to enjoy sex without indulging in some degree of lust. I'm sure God doesn't expect people lie back and think of England so to speak.

There are just some things so private, we don't even want to share them with God. I think God would respect this and allow us some space and dignity.

Being married to her is not healthy either. MB should only be used long enough to get rid of her and get a new wife.

Sorry, not very good advice on your part at all. Divorce isn't an option!

Uhm... we have already established that touching yourself can be innocent and not sin. So... in such cases... no I don't think it's wrong.
Many married couples use objects like that to enhance their sex together and theres nothing wrong with that. Why would it become wrong for individual use?

If it is shameful for you and honestly feel like your sinning, then yeh you probly don't need to do it.

You think it wouldn't be a sin for women to use vibrators and men to use artificial vaginas?

No, it is not a sin for a married couple to use such things together, nor to use them as substitutes when they are physically apart. Song of Solomon actually describes sex toys euphemistically.

Also, you are badly misinformed about oral sex: the cancer risk comes from HPV, a virus transmitted sexually, not from the activity itself.

I know but afaik many women have HPV so I wouldn't really want to risk this. Afaik condoms also don't protect against HPV.

As for the book of Solomon...
I heard that it's not about sex and those who think it's about sex only think that because they do not understand it spiritually. Not sure if this is right but I find it hard to imagine that the bible could talk about oral sex and such things.

And what I also ask myself if sex toys should be allowed then should it be abstract toys or toys which look totally realistic?

Sorry, I don't want to make anyone comfortable I just asked myself these questions. But the conscience can also be affected by traditions and things one has heard so having a bad conscience doesn't mean it has to be a sin. For example when you hear a pastor say that masturbation is sin and that christians who do it go to hell then you'll automatically feel bad about it. What sucks is simply this uncertainty. If the issue isn't really clear then one can still always feel bad about it and think what if that's the reason why I don't hear God and so on. But the same thing can be done with many other things like music or movies.

Well... what does the bible say about it? Not much. Remain firm to what you find in the word of God and seek the Lord about the rest and come to your own best conclusion. God wont lead you astray. If you never come to a conclusion then just leave the issue alone.

Friend, Believe in yourself. Maybe you do have some issues, but guess what. That's what love is, knowing you for all your issues and loving you anyway. Maybe you do need to change somethings but please believe in yourself. You have a great man inside of you who a woman would greatly grow to love. How old are you btw?

I am not an extremely attractive man, I have issues too... but my wife is ridiculously hot and how that happened I don't know and she is the most loving person I have ever encountered on this planet, she amazes me. Her ability to love me, forgive me, nurture me... she fell in love with me because I loved her in a way she cherished, not because I don't have issues or because I'm a hunk... and I've made so many mistakes since we got married, I barely deserve her in my life but loves me and she forgave me... because I committed to change and because I love her with all my heart.
