The notion that opposition to Obama had anything to do with race is asinine. People are allowed to have policy disagreements with black politicians without being accused of racism. No one, Trump included, ever cared about Obama's actual academic record. Those who wanted schools to release information were fishing for evidence of being a foreign student or evidence that Obama was a communist. They wanted things like senior dissertations. Some wanted to see if his dissertation was as insane as his wife's at Princeton.

Obama's dissertations should be available in that institution's library but what your describing is a "fishing expedition!"

Meanwhile Trump was sending Michael Cohen, his personal "fixer," to threaten the schools that Trump attended if his transcripts and records were ever made public!

You're missing what I said. Trump doesn't care about Obama's grades or what classes he took. He's interested in seeing if he was an exchange student. He may be interested in any thesis he may have written. That has been the issue witb Obama from the birther perspective. It's not his A's and B's.

None of us can say with certainty as to what were Trump's ulterior motives, but he was claiming that President Obama had been a "terrible student," offering a $5 million reward to charity for his records and openly questioning as to what Obama was hiding!

Donald J Trump's "narcissistic" personality would never allow him to admit that Obama was superior intellectually and a better student, so he did everything in his power to promote an alternate narrative?

You're completely obsessed with decades old transcripts. Honestly, who cares what Trump's grades were. He graduated from college half a century ago. Likewise, Obama graduated three decades ago. Who cares what his grades were?

Obama may have some book smarts but he lacks political intelligence. His mind is too academic to be any real good when it comes to policy and politics. Worse, he has zero understanding of economics. So spare me the Obama as genius line.

For the record Trump doesn't know anything about economics either.

You're missing what I said. Trump doesn't care about Obama's grades or what classes he took.

If he doesn't, it's hard to understand why he was willing to hand over $5,000,000 for them.

He's interested in seeing if he was an exchange student.

You don't need transcripts for that. Trump may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he isn't that stupid.
