His Church is not a bible where we teach ourselves.
His bible is however His word.
The written word has been our guide since the days of Moses, it didn't take an infallible source to interpret that written word of God, what would be so different now?

Control what the people read and believe, and you control the people.
and give freedom to everyone in the universe to interpret for themselves what truth is and you have divisions and strife, not true Christian unity.

It is obvious to all what truth is. Well, not all, but its right there in black and white.
You are saying people shouldn't have freedom? I think we are smart enough; the Holy Spirit guides us into all truth.
North Korea has 'unity', but at what price?

The original (real) church He made didn't include the errors which were added to it.
Show me historically and document it for me this "real" church?

Please, I really want you to show me that this "real" church who exsisted in 33 AD and still exists today who has not added to God's word and all interprets scripture the same.

Agreed. This is demonstrably true in the case of those 'bible teachers' who counsel their people to read only the bible, and not the patristic commentaries or history- then spoon-feed the people what to believe about the bible they are reading- including the timing of the end, the meaning of prophetic symbols (like Rev 12), beliefs about election and the 'security of the believer.'

Now, regarding EVERY church/tradition/denomination/non-denom group: each has beliefs and distinctives. Each have favored readings and influences. Each has some degree of freedom to think diversely- and if one was to rank churches on top-down authority, the Catholics would be very lax by comparison to the Presbyterians, Methodists, AoG, WELS, and some others.

So, no offense, but watch which way you point those accusations.

The logical fallacy employed here is the assumption of objectivity. IOW, the one making the statement assumes objectivity unto herself and her argument- but does nothing to either prove the objectivity nor the errors, so-called.

Which is why you get what Mother of God means and the others are still trying to figure just out how they can separate Jesus from being God with out denying he is God... all because they refuse to agree with the Church on this one.

Sure, right you all agree and our of one mind because the bible is so clear anyone could read it and all agree.

That is why we have a liberal Christian section on this board, who thinks the bible teaches homosexuality and gay marriage and extra martial and premarital sex.

And why we have a unorthodox Christian section who thinks the bible says Jesus isn't God but the son of God and just a prophet.

And why we have a Christians only section and where Erwin has this vision of bringing Christians together as one.

Yeah right, the Bible is so clear anyone and everyone who will just read it alone will cone to see the same exact things.

Sure, soon as you show me where all those errors are in the bible and contradict it but its okay. Also after you show me where God says the people are too stupid to read the bible themselves or even understand it
32Fear not, little flock, for it hath pleased your Father to give you a kingdom.
and then we read

15When therefore they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter: Simon son of John, lovest thou me more than these? He saith to him: Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee. He saith to him: Feed my lambs.

16He saith to him again: Simon, son of John, lovest thou me? He saith to him: Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee. He saith to him: Feed my lambs.

17He said to him the third time: Simon, son of John, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved, because he had said to him the third time: Lovest thou me? And he said to him: Lord, thou knowest all things: thou knowest that I love thee. He said to him: Feed my sheep.

Right there.

Oh and I forgot these.
Luke 23
44And he said to them: These are the words which I spoke to you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

45Then he opened their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures.

Acts 8
30And Philip running thither, heard him reading the prophet Isaias. And he said: Thinkest thou that thou understandest what thou readest?

31Who said: And how can I, unless some man shew me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.

32 And the place of the scripture which he was reading was this: He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb without voice before his shearer, so openeth he not his mouth.

33 In humility his judgment was taken away. His generation who shall declare, for his life shall be taken from the earth?

34 And the eunuch answering Philip, said: I beseech thee, of whom doth the prophet speak this? of himself, or of some other man?

35Then Philip, opening his mouth, and beginning at this scripture, preached unto him Jesus.

Both the apostles and then Eunuch apparently couldn't read the bible for themselves and interpret it.

Jesus had to open the eyes of the apostles and they are is who opens our eyes. We don't open our own.

he's open mine too, to the truth that His Church is what is true and I too pray that the HS does the same for everyone else.

See how this works? We can all make that claim.

Right there.
What is this suppose to be saying? The Apostles had the power of the Holy Spirit to open their mouths and God speak through Them. They are the ones who penned the Gospels. What they penned is what they taught and fed. This is why we need Gods word for when it is read or preached it is the Power of salvation.
