Love is knowing someones flaws and accepting them and at a certain level, loving those flaws even though they might drive you crazy at times. Because it is who that person is.

If that is unrealistic, then love is shallow and meaningless emotion if its based on a false image of perfection.

I really agree with you. It is crazy to think that someone will never get on your nerves or have traits that annoy you at times. This happens not just in romantic relationships, but also within the most close knit of families. If you love someone enough, you are willing to be forgiving and make compromises to strengthen your relationship. Not to mention, that there will be times that we will greatly annoy our closest friends/relatives and we will be very appreciative of their understanding and forgiveness.

Now, I wouldn't make a habit of telling someone all my faults right off the bat. I think someone can make the mistake of revealing things too early and scare people away. I think it's wise to let the person get to know you a bit, and as they get more comfortable with you, open up more.

Ok I admit it, last year I bought a pair of women's Nike that I really liked as they did not have them in a men's size and I bought and wore them.

I knew I should not have but I did and now I have been caught.

I am sorry I did this and I hope you can forgive me.

And just so you will know, they never really fit that well as they are cut for a woman's foot so I gave them to a woman but I am sorry I bought and wore them for awhile.

I also watch Lifetime network when nobody is watching, I feel so dirty.

In all seriousness, I've seen quite a few of those episodes too. It really is a dumb show, but it kind of sucks you in. I liked that her ex was a dentist, lol.

I have a friend who grew up with her in McAlester, OK and he says she is as red as a turnip in real life.

Nah, it all depends on why a man watches that show.

I used to watch it now and then when it aired cause the oldest daughter.

Yep, no idea what she looks like now, but she was a lovely woman then. So I know I wasn't the only man flipping through the channels, saw her and decided to stop channel surfing.

Well if someone gets interested I don't ever want to get hurt again so I'll tell 'em that I escaped from a mental hospital and such, which is true and that I divorced twice. In fact if you want to know all my flaws they must be somewhere on cf. I have to tell someone so I reckoned I'd just throw it all on the internet where nobody knows me anyway lol.
One guy I met on a dating site was really nice but I thought: oh no never again, so then I say Hey if I were you I'd find someone without kids who lets them make one big huge mess and is quite unable to control the bunch, too lazy to cook decent, I can order a pizza though or go to the MAC, I have a nice ex who you can always follow. Last year he decided to move so then you can give up your job and move too, since we coparent. Lol he didn't say: oh no problem. No answer anymore. I can wait for months but he'll find out anyway. Better say those things in the beginning or just not go to a dating site.

You were not allowed to have a relationship and I just got dumped after 12 year marriage and I was nuts because of the pregnancy hormones, so I ran off with the first one I met there.

Yes he said he'd get the kids and they gave me prozac so I did a suïcide attempt and then I had to go there.
