Joshua wrote an addendum to the book of Deuteronomy to include Moses' death.

It shows that God is the One who buried Moses ... not man.

Deuteronomy 34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
Deuteronomy 34:6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.

Later, when Satan tried to find his body, he couldn't.

Sadly, one does not simply open the door to the supernatural a crack, just to let in what they wish... the Supernatural is an all-or-nothing proposition. If you want a world where anything is possible, then you had best be prepared for a world where anything is possible.

The fact that apostles,wrote books that agree with the gospels should tell you something. And the fact that Peter stated Paul wrote scripture has something to say about ther veracity of the gospels.
The apostles were the founders,of churches all over Asia. They directly confronted people who spoke of different gospels and warned the churches not to allow people in who spoke a different gospel. So because of their witness and their letters verifying the gospels we know the truth of it. But again you will not accepted because your heart is darkened to the truth. Instead of of looking at really trying to find God you are searching for ways to not find him and reasons not to believe.

The fact is we have more manuscripts verifying scripture than any other ancient text tells us the veracity of the gospels as well. Very little is challengable any more and if there is it is in a matter of little consequence.

None of what you say here has anything to do with revealing truth. It is about story-telling.

We have loads of corroborating evidence about the Vietnam war. We needn't rely solely upon hearsay evidence.

True, I agree. However, you are still not understanding the big difference here. This is not just about someone dying for what they believe to be true. Its about someone dying for what they know to be false.

If the resurrection never happened, the apostles would know it was a lie because they would have been the ones who made it up! So why would they die for a lie that they made up?

No, they wouldn't have been the ones who made it up. They simply believed it....

We don't have the original documents in our possession (as is the case for all sources of that time period) and so we couldn't possibly know for sure one way or the other. The best possible answer is that we dont know who wrote the gospels! So it is adorable that you claim to know that they weren't written by the apostles. You have once again showed that you have already made up your mind to reject God in spite of the evidence.

Do some research. Find out what your fellow Christians think, particularly the professional biblical scholars.
