The rating system is all about vanity and shouldn't be used in this type of forum. NTL vanity feels very good to the ego. Some people rely on the rating system to base an opinion on as valid. Others want to know who gave the rating. Yes it matters when one considers what is said. I use the rating system as a check on what a poster said. Sometimes that might show I didn't understand what was said or what the person really is actually doing (motivated by). That does reveal some truth.

So get your vanity the easy here. And start dishing it out. Bottom line it doesn't matter.
