Life review in front of God

Still doing a lot of research about near death experiences. Some say there will be jugement if you die to see if you can go to heaven or hell. My question...if you have unconfessed sins will you go to hell? ( stroke survivor and had 7 blood clots in my brain)

My question...if you have unconfessed sins will you go to hell?

Not if you trust Christ's sacrifice for your sin. If you don't trust Christ's sacrifice for your sins then you won't be saved. Sinless perfectionism is impossible. We can't remember every sin we do because we are inherently sinful. But God knows our hearts that we desire to be clothed in His righteousness, not our own.
