The video offers
one Historicist understanding of the Kings of Revelation.
(1) The
Revelation Beast represents the same people as
Daniel's Fourth Beast, the same people as the "
ten virgins"
of the
Great Tribulation "
Kingdom of Heaven" [Mat 25:1].
In each case they are the "
wheat and tares" in the Fourth
Beast/Kingdom on earth.
(2) Therefore the "
ten horns" and "
ten kings" of
Rev 17
are the same people as the "
ten horns" and "
ten kings" of
Dan 7 and the same people as the "
ten virgins" of
Mat 25
(3) In Daniel 7 these people are shown to be the last
"
wheat and tares" in the church living during the Fourth
Beast/Kingdom and they are overcome by the "
Little Horn"
Dan 7:24-25
And the
ten horns out of this kingdom are
ten kings that
shall arise: and another
[Little Horn[ shall rise after them;
and he
[the Little Horn] shall be diverse from the first,
[ten horns/kings] and he shall subdue three kings.
[Last Saints]
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall
wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change
times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a
time and times and the dividing of time.

(4) In Revelation 17 these people are shown to be the last
"
wheat and tares" in the church during the Revelation Beast
and they "
agree to give their Kingdom to the [Revelation] Beast.
Rev 17:12-13
And the
ten horns which thou sawest are
ten kings, which have
received no kingdom as yet;
[during the Great Commission] but
receive power as kings one hour with the
[Revelation] Beast.
These have one mind, and shall give their power and
strength unto the beast.
Rev 17:17
For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree,
and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God
shall be fulfilled.
(5) In Matthew 25 these people are the last "
wheat and tares"
living during the Great Tribulation "
Kingdom of Heaven" and they
are separated as the "
wise virgins" are taken in the Final Harvest.

Then shall the
Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto
ten virgins,
which took their lamps,
[Gospels] and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
[Jesus] And five of them were wise
[saved], and five were foolish
[unsaved].
Mat 25:10
And while they
[foolish virgins] went to buy, the bridegroom
[Jesus] came;
and they that were ready
[wise virgins] went in with him
to the marriage:
and
the door was shut.
(6) Summary:
The people in the Revelation Beast or Great Tribulation are the
last "
wheat and tares" in the church and they (a) follow the
Antichrist
[Little Horn/False Prophet] out of the Christian Kingdom
and into the Fourth Kingdom on earth. They are "
overcome" by
Satan and his Antichrist [Rev 11:7 and Dan 7:25] and they agree
to "
give their Kingdom to the [Revelation]
Beast. [Rev 17:17]
