Kim Clement - is he a real prophet?

waiting for the perfect prophet who is a 100 percent right? I hate to tell that prophet does not exsist because none of us are perfect.

Then there are no prophets, or those practicing the "gift" are practicing something more on the lines of occasional good hunches.

And if long hair is an obstacle for you...IMO....that is very shallow as God does not look at the hair...He looks at the heart.

Yes, and what kind of heart can lead a grown man to keep such pretty lookin hair, and post big pictures of his protrait with the phrase "Soun of Kim Clement" on his website? Me thinks he's too vain, just like that lady with the big pink hair on TBN, and Benny Hinn and his gold buttons and richly made sets. If only they spent less money on their looks and more on the poor, perhaps I might respect them. Maybe if they lived in rags preaching Holy Words of righteousness and prophecies that are stronger than just mere hunches... Maybe I'd believe in them. Maybe if they stopped exalting themselves so much, I would have a little more trust in them. However, these are Pharisees, not Christians. It's asking too much.

I think you have the metaphors mixed up. Actually, its the Pharisees that symbolize those who stand in judggement of the word/work of God going on around them. Not those doing the work. I do see a resemblance to the Pharisee in your post, and it is not those you mention. ;)

Peace...

Well, a possible renewal/revival has broken out in the southeast.

Things still are up in the air though if this is going to come true or not though.

I was watching a live stream from a church in Salem MA (Home of the Witch hunts & of much witch activity even today)

The church is in a building that was an old witch house & revival has broken out there..

Seems that the pastor & his wife were at Lakeland recently.. grabbed hold of the impartation.. and have been having extended meetings.. people are getting saved, delivered, and healed..

John Paul Jackson has had success in that area before as well.. Streams Ministries attends the Salem Haunting in October.. and offered "Drem Interpretation.."

The head witch came up to him & asked "Who is your teacher?? Your people are more accurate than anyone here.."

He told her "Jesus Christ is my teacher.."

She said "You're are Christian??? You're not like any Christian I've ever met before!"

Many were healed and saved at that event. The lost just need to feel the love of God.

Hey Alpine, how about this wanna be prophet?

Tommy James

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QNR5t0qDYgA

"And now the towers are falling, tumbling down, tumbling down"

He wrote that way back in 1968! Even before the towers were even built!
He lives in Monroe WI, maybe you and I should do a road trip and meet with him and ask him about his amazing prophetic gift?

You and I are both with out real jobs, if we convince him, we can then go to Baraboo and rent some circus tents and have us an old time revival?

;)

HUH! SINNER! I would never step inside a casino....again...:D

Truth be told, it's a story of me with nothing but 20 bucks and on my way to summer camp for the National Guard. I wish the memory would leave me but it keeps on nagging me!

If it takes a certain profile of a man for one to believe the Word of God spoken through him, then you will miss God every time.

God doesn't follow your formula--He works through the unlikeliest of people to get done what He desires to be done. He speaks to those who have an ear to hear...

Reminds me of the time I was in Reno Nevada and lost $5 in 20 seconds. That was not fun. :p

Anyone who calls themself a prophet is full of c***

Actually a true prophet of God is usually proclaimed by others, because the one so gifted doesn't normally want the title. It is a terribly burdensome gift because along with it comes the disdain and misunderstanding of people.

Every knee shall bow and tounge confess that Jesus is Lord... :)

That verse becomes real Godly Revelation to Christians when God's Spirit comes to convict us of sin (even when pride arises in us) and then our knee bows and our tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord, rather than following on with our pride.

Consider this young lady.

Well I do see a lot happening in the Spiritual Realm, in one month alone we as a church of 400 saw 150 make professions of faith, our church is no longer big enough for the increase over the last year, additional seating has had to be put in. We are not alone I know that, God is wakening us up people.

Are they repenting over sin though? :preach:

Anyone can make a profession of faith, when their flesh isn't being told it have to be put to death and that they must eat Christ's flesh and drink His Blood.

I fear for most megachurches they are preaching a social-gospel.
