Heh, I'm moving back to Bardstown Kentucky in September. Nothing like half a bajoiliion whiskey distilleries employing your friends, family, and neighbors to get the ego up.
LOL funny stuff there. I know what you mean though I live in a dry county and things are still like that around here too.

I am originally from Harrodsburg, born and raised in "Kentucky's First Settlement" but after getting married to an Iowan, I now live in Nicholasville, home to JD Crowe, RJ Corman and John Michael Montgomery. Been in Nicholasville for 7 years.

I attend a wonderful church called Porter Memorial Baptist Church. Anyone ever been to Porter? or a member?

Anyone know of any missionary schools here in ky?

Asbury Seminary has a masters (and I think a phd) program in World Missions and Evangelism. asburyseminary.edu

BTW, I am a Lexington transplant. I'm from Louisiana but moved here to go to Asbury Seminary. Pros: Ky has better scenery and this strange thing called "seasons" as in 4 of them (LA has hot and hotter). Cons: the food. LA has much better food!
