If you look at what happened and look at what the courts have done in not holding evidentiary hearings you find courts not doing that. In the past they did. Now they are not.

Evidentiary hearings are done for criminal cases...cases where an actual crime has been committed. Your "evidence" site is holing up court cases of prosecution for actual attempted voter fraud to the team Trump attempts to overturn the election. Let's also take a moment to realize that, in addition to recognizing the facts surrounding the fraudulent election of 2020...

America is faced with a situation that it cannot easily recover from. At least not in the near future.

The gleeful rejoicing of some over a successfully stolen election, saying "there isn't any evidence" and other absurd things like that in order to irritate the people who voted for the other candidate, isn't something that will just be gone and forgotten before the 2022 elections roll around.

They wanted to divide the country; they worked at it for four years; and they succeeded at it. Now they are intent upon dancing on the grave they created for their country.

This development may turn out to be equaled in our nation's history only by Reconstruction, "Waving the Bloody Shirt," and all of that which followed the Civil War. That was a bitter experience that took almost half a century to run its course.

To further that, the Supreme Court refusing to hear the case, will only further perpetuate the thoughts that this election was not held properly. That certain states and certain areas cheated by not following their own laws.

If they would have at least listened to the arguments we could say it was looked at, properly reviewed and ruled upon. Right now this just leads to more dissatisfaction from our side saying the courts are not reviewing this and refusing to get involved.

Absolutely...and I'm glad you made that point. So many people see this mess as aimless troublemaking by the victims, but it's more than that.

The future political health of the country is at stake. If none of our governmental institutions are doing their job and/or are dodging their responsibilities with such important matters as whether or not we have free elections here anymore, who is going to feel that they can receive justice in other matters?

EXACTLY! And if the other side is pleased at that, they don't realize that we're all in this together. By "this" I of course am referring to the credibility of our governmental institutions all round. This particular controversy is just a small portion of that. The agencies of government that had anything to do with the Russia hoax already are seen as purely partisan and not particularly interested in the law, and now this is added to it.

Most of those cases prove my point. The courts never looked at the evidence. They had no testimony, no questioning of witnesses, they just relief on briefs and ruled against the campaign. They never offered relief in order to actually have anyone come forward.

The other thing I found very interesting is the fact that they often quoted or referred to election law. They claim election law must be followed. Then they turn around and allow election law to NOT BE FOLLOWED. They talk out of both sides of their mouth. Thet totally ignore the claims.

It's like I said these courts refuse to actually hear a case. Set no trials, listen to no witnesses because they don't really want to be involved.

What!? A startling report that Dominion Voting machines in Antrim county had a 68% error rate and those ballots being sent to adjudication where there is NO oversite of the ballots submitted.

The machines did not meet federal requirements for security. No audit log no security. And people wonder why we are so suspicious about this election. Records removed, logs missing for security.
