I'm not into them, but they look relaxing. I've heard of people getting 2 or more puzzles and mixing them in a bag before trying to do them. I presume they must not look at the picture beforehand (and/or that the colour palettes must be similar). It sounds interesting.
Are they relaxing or stimulating? Do they wind you down or up?
Okay I would never put two in a bag and try to do them both. That would stress me out, haha.
For me doing a puzzle is relaxing and it wakes up my mind at the same time. I'm consistently thinking of nothing of the puzzle but also I feel like I'm "braining better" or exercising my mind. They do overall wind me down though. I feel better after accomplishing one.
They are fun and this website I use gives new ones every day, so my new routine is to get online in the morning and do the one (or someone there's multiple) for today while I drink coffee.
