    Absolutely not.

The Book of Revelation is a book of symbols.

Are the two witnesses in Revelation chapter 11 men made of wood and metal, since they are described as Olive Trees and Lampstands?

Who is the one who binds Satan and when was he bound?

What kind of chain is used to bind Satan?
Is it made of steel or is it made of Christ's Blood?

When does Christ come "in flaming fire", based on 2 Thessalonians chapter 1?

When does Peter expect the fire to come in 2 Peter 3:10?

The kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of God and Christ "forever" at the 7th trumpet, in Revelation 11:15.
    How long is forever?
Is "forever" the same as 1,000 years?

The "time of the judgment of the dead" has already come in Revelation 11:18.

Are wicked angels already bound in chains?

Have you thrown these other verses out of your Bible?

The "first resurrection" in Revelation chapter 20 is the first resurrection in John 5:24.

The Book of Revelation is not in chronological order.
Christ returns "as a thief" in Revelation 16:15-16 and also return in Revelation chapter 19.

There is no 7 year tribulation period in the Book of Revelation.

But there is two consecutive 3 1/2 year periods prophesied there: Revelation 11:2, Revelation 12:14 Only the last period will be the Great Trib., where God's faithful people will be removed to a place of safety, on earth.
This is the fulfilment of Daniel 9:27

The first part of Revelation chapter 12 is a history lesson, which includes the birth and death of the man-Child, which is Christ.

Rev 12:4 His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born.
Rev 12:5 She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
Rev 12:6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.

Psa 2:6 "Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion."
Psa 2:7 "I will declare the decree: The LORD has said to Me, 'You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.
Psa 2:8 Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession.
Psa 2:9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter's vessel.' "

The Flight to Egypt (subtitle from e-Sword)

Mat 2:13 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, "Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I bring you word; for Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him."
Mat 2:14 When he arose, he took the young Child and His mother by night and departed for Egypt,
Mat 2:15 and was there until the death of Herod, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying, "OUT OF EGYPT I CALLED MY SON."

Satan will be bound into the bottomless pit by an angel send by God after the events described in Revelation 19:1-21

    Revelation 20:1-3 KJV
1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

The Greek word "angelos" was also used by Christ to describe John the Baptist.

Was John the Baptist an angel? No.

Therefore, the Greek word "angelos" can refer someone besides an angel.

That same Greek word "angelos" is used in Revelation chapter 20.

Who was the one who bound Satan and when was he bound?

Mat 11:10 For this is he of whom it is written: 'BEHOLD, I SEND MY MESSENGER BEFORE YOUR FACE, WHO WILL PREPARE YOUR WAY BEFORE YOU.'

(MESSEGER= G32 is the Greek word "angelos")

Mat 11:11 "Assuredly, I say to you, among those born of women there has not risen one greater than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.

Did Christ defeat the enemy at Calvary?

Col 2:15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

Paul was bound in chains for many years, but still continued to minister to the early Church during that time.

Satan is only bound in one respect in Revelation 20. He cannot deceive all of the nations during that time, because they have the Gospel being preached to them.

A mean dog, who is chained, can still hurt you. If you decide to get within the range of the chain, the chain will not protect you.

Satan is now bound in some respects, but he can still harm those who come within his range.

John the baptist was Elijah send by God ...we know that Elijah have been taken to Heaven by God at some point during his lifetime... God have send Elijah as His messenger in the time of Jesus for preparing the Jews for Jesus Ministry ...

Does that make John the baptist [Elijah] an angel, no ....but, a messenger send from Heaven by God

Hint Elijah will be send again by God with another witness for preparing the World for Jesus Second Coming:
    Revelation 11:3-8

3 And I will give unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

4 These are the two olive trees and the two candlesticks, standing before the Lord of the earth.

5 And if any man desireth to hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth and devoureth their enemies; and if any man shall desire to hurt them, in this manner must he be killed.

6 These have the power to shut the heaven, that it rain not during the days of their prophecy: and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood, and to smite the earth with every plague, as often as they shall desire.

7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that cometh up out of the abyss shall make war with them, and overcome them, and kill them.

8 And their dead bodies [lie] in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.

Rom 11:24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

Rev 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

If you want to see one of the witnesses of Revelation chapter 11, then look in the mirror, Brother.

I don't have to do that Quasar. All I have to do is read scripture myself trusting the Holy Spirit as my teacher. As I recall Jesus refuted many "theologians" Himself and it was Jesus that said the Holy Spirit would lead me to all truth. Theologians and bible teachers are good to have...as long as we don't trust them over the Holy Spirit.

Now...you say the Olivet Discourse is prophecy, not history and that is true...EXCEPT you don't understand it's PARTIALLY fulfilled prophecy and history. However when He gave it to His audience (which were the disciples), it was fully prophecy to them....all you need do is think about what is written.

Next time you read Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13, do it carefully...and please note how many times the personal pronoun "you" is used because He was talking to Peter James and John at a minimum as Mark 13:3 says. Think about why Jesus said "YOU"...and not "THEY". It was them who asked the questions of Jesus. Try and understand why EVERY ONE of the apostles were martyred before Jerusalem was destroyed except John who wrote Revelation, which is really the Olivet Discourse with more detail.

You can say my views are false...but I have to trust what scripture says...not what you and whatever theologians you think are correct write or think. When it comes to the bottom line all of us are going to be incorrect in some things we believe...but if you're waiting for Jesus to come in some pre-trib rapture...keep waiting...you'll find it to be concurrent with the resurrection.

Mat 17:9 And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.
    Mat 17:10
And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?
Mat 17:11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.
Mat 17:12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.
Mat 17:13 Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

    Hi Riberra

True, one would need a very good boring machine to drill completely through the earth. The Russians have managed to drill down about 7.5 miles, which is far short of the 8000 mile diameter of the earth.

So it is physically impossible, but it is conceptually possible (in your mind's eye), to have a hole running through the earth from one side of the earth to the other side.

So throw any object into this pit, from either side of the earth, and the object would end up floating in space at the very center of the earth.

That's my concept of a bottomless pit.

I did think about it, but when I read the Old Testament it says that Moses died and was buried.

Why were Michael and Satan disputing over the body of Moses (Jude 9)?

    Jude 9 (KJV)
9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

Deu 34:5 So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
Deu 34:6 And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
Deu 34:7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
Deu 34:8 And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.

Maybe you can tell me ???

Was his body decayed any after 30 days?

    C'mon guys, read your Bibles!
Luke 9:30-31 Suddenly there were two people talking with Jesus; Moses and Elijah, in their glory......
So those two men have received God's glory and I believe they will be the two Witnesses of Rev 11.
But the 'Elijah' to come before the terrible Day of the Lord's wrath, may be a man in the power and strength of Elijah. The ancient Elijah may have a problem with our modern technology!
