Nothing spectacular......just fresh paint...and the rug is 28 years old (overdue)

My betta is sick ~ He's about 5 years old; it may just be his 'time'
I will be sad if it is ....seeing he was so happy with the recent move to my room!

Yeah it is.....
He looks good and is still eating, but not coming out of hiding to socialize as normal, and is pretty much using the plant to support himself.

No, it's sad...i had 2....both somehow jumped out of their containers......they died....

Sorry to hear that, hope that you are doing well too.

I see my oncologist the end of this month, this cancer has returned from the first go around of surgery and aggressive chemo; this time two years later since the cancer went into remission, it came back, this go around it was 28 radiation treatments, and 5 weeks of weekly doses of chemo.

I will remember you in my prayers. Have you had the radiation or are you going to have it? I had 35 radiation treatments with a little over a year and a half of chemo, the cancer kept coming back. If you are having radiation on your throat are you having a feeding tube put in? I've been down that road and if I can help you in any way let me know. You can PM me if you would like.

It is so comforting to know that God is in control and everything happens for a reason.

Yes the 28 radiation treatments have already been done, they made me get a j-tube but I was against it. Already had been down a much harder road with this cancer the first go around without a feeding tube and 28 radiation treatments was going to be much easier.

The site where the tube went into the skin and the plastic part that was stitched to my skin was very painful, the surgery was awful and the site remained infected with pus oozing and me running a low grade temperature, I decided to go ahead and remove the j-tube on my own. That's just me!

I'll see what my oncologist says when I go back, I don't understand why I am scheduled for chest x-rays instead of a scan though. I was not said to be clean after the last scan, just improved with hope for more improvement. s
