Sounds like you're advertising yoga to me. This is a Christian forum. God bless
Basically there's two kinds of yoga, there's the religious/spiritual practice known to Hinduism and the other dharmic religions; and then there's the westernized yoga that amounts to little more than deep breathing and stretching.
There's nothing wrong with deep breathing and stretching, and that's what most yoga in the west amounts to.

Your posts sound a little concerning even when you take out anything related to yoga.
I think you need to seek the Lord and rest in Him. Are you spending time reading His word, praying? Are you thanking Him and praising Him for all He has done? Are you losing sight of who He is or not yet reached a deeper understanding yet? Are you being lead astray and by what? Sin, yoga, the cares of this world?
I hope you find His peace instead of worldly peace. ♡
You are saying it has replaced Christianity for you, therefore you must view it as religion rather than just exercises. That's not good at all.
That pretty well sums it all up in a nutshell.
Pushups do more for my body than prayer does, but doing pushups is not a religion to me.
If "Om" is the name "Jesus", why not say "Jesus" instead... since you don't speak Sanskrit?
Here is a recent thread on the subject: The dangers of yoga . The general conclusion there was that yoga can be risky, since non-Christian religious views are deeply embedded in it.
The fact that you are concerned is a good thing. Perhaps you can reduce the non-Christian spiritual practices, and still keep some of the benefits. Using a Christian affirmation, such as "I am a new creature in Christ" or replacing "Om" with "Yah" would be examples.
I think there will always be some conflict, and some would say, "just quit". But I think it's worthwhile to test the waters a bit. If the yoga instructors you are dealing with are non-religious, then in theory they should not care whether you use Christian or traditional chants. I would hope you consider carefully both sides of the issue, and are successful with continuing good meditation practices while Christianizing them substantially.
My prayers are with you. I have been there in the past, and hope you do not forget that something can be learned from other religions without our becoming dependent on them. I have a great deal of respect for Buddhist morality, for example.
Is it coming naturally? Or are/were you striving to do it? It's just that (and I'm going through a patch where I'm failing a lot, so please do not think I'm criticising or anything like that) when God is at the focus of our lives and not us we thirst for His word, can't help but praise. We are less interested in the world and are fulfilled in Him. We seek to serve Him and others and think less of what we want.. because we are already feel full.I've been doing all of what you are asking me about for many, many years. Nithing changes in my soul, if anything, it gets worse. I see no results.
I've recently discovered yoga, and it's been more helpful to me than anything else. I've been a believer for many years, decades, but no amount of prayer, going to church, attending prayer meetings, reading the Bible or doing good works really helped me in my multiple deep issues. I'm talking about inner soul. A few practices of yoga - meditation, poses, Om chanting, and the results have been amazing. So much improvement, it's unbelievable. It totally works! Unlike my Christian faith. Is it wrong? There is nothing religious in Yoga, and Om is simply the name of our God in Sanskrit. Is it anti-Christian or not?
I also find real spiritual Yoga teachers to be so much more sincere and for real than Christian pastors.
Satan comes as an angel of light and this is one of the ways he cleverly enters your life through deception. The more you practice Eastern philosophy the deeper he will get into your soul. As soon as you start getting visitations at night through sleep paralysis, this will happen to you, remember this thread.I've recently discovered yoga, and it's been more helpful to me than anything else. The "Om" is not just a hum. It is an occultic word thought to be the proper vibration for at tuning the soul the the Astral realm (or the airy realm). It's nothing to mess with. These things are real and if you go to India and witnessed actual pagan Hinduism and the demon possessed gurus tricking people into joining ashrams, then possessing them with demons you wouldn't be so quick to fall into it.
Read "The young man, the guru, and elder paisios". It is the story of a young man torn between Orthodox Christianity and Hinduism and his experiences in both. I would also recommend looking into Orthodox Christianity as it is the only branch of Christianity that kept the original Christian mysticism alive. We have our own prayers that are to be meditated on. I came to it looking much like yourself. You don't need to go outside of Christianity to find real spirituality. You just need to look further into the origins of the faith.
Brother, you are deceiving your own self. Jesus has said He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Matthew 12:30Not replaced, greatly supplemented it. I still believe in Jesus deeply and practice my Christian faith.

Listen to the wise counsel of your brothers and sisters above. Especially Maria, who has personal understanding of the new age and occult. This is nothing to mess around with. What you are experiencing is a great deception. This kundalini spirit has even made it's way into churches with incredibly false doctrine. You can see the manifestation of these entities and it all stems from hinduism and eastern mysticism.

STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COURSE OF ACTION. God will also send you delusions because you do not want to know the truth. Receive His Holy Spirit and know your Lord.
Blessings
PS:I was heavily involved in this in the 80's so I know what I am talking about as well as the energy you are tapping into.
Kundalini is a spirit --it's a demonic spirit. You need to get educated about these things you are tampering with.
I don't feel there's anything religious, at least in ways I'm used to. It does have a deep spiritual aspect to it, I think. Meditation, trying to disassociate with your body and mind, connecting with your true self is profoudly mystical.
