Is there evidence of something beyond nature?

Whether you are talking about what is under the dirt or how the planet moves in the solar system, both are moving. You either have to reject plate tectonism or heliocentrism. Take your pick.
"The earth trembled...." You don't think people the past didn't experience earthquakes? Now that's earthquakes and not Earthquakes I'm referring to.

They ascribed earthquakes to supernatural events, such as God shaking the earth.

If you can't accept evolution because it "goes against the Bible", there are plenty of other scientific theories you need to get rid of. Plate tectonics is one of them. Heliocentrism is another.

"First, . . . to want to affirm that in reality the sun is at the center of the world and only turns on itself without moving from east to west, and the earth . . . revolves with great speed about the sun . . . is a very dangerous thing, likely not only to irritate all scholastic philosophers and theologians, but also to harm the Holy Faith by rendering Holy Scripture false."--Cardinal Bellarmine, 1615

The scriptures doesn't claim all earthquakes are supernatural or directly caused by God. Now it does claim the mountains tremble in His present.

The bible also claims looking directly at the face of god is a death sentence, even though there are also biblical figures that do just that and don't die

The Bible claims that the earth does not move. Plate tectonics claims that it does. Who are you going to believe, the Bible or science?

They saw the Glory not looking directly at the face of God. You can't look directly at the sun either without dying.

Well they knew about earthquakes so obviously that not what the scripture are saying.
Job states the earth hangs on nothing which he is referring to the planet.

Yes, they allowed God to move the earth on occasion. Plate tectonics says that the earth moves without God.

Job states the earth hangs on nothing which he is referring to the planet.

Then it turns around and says it rests on foundations. You don't need to hang something when it is on foundations. It's a bit like a car on a front lawn. It hangs from nothing because it rests on cinder blocks.

Yes, they allowed God to violate non-moving earth.
Ok. I going to have to spell it out for you. It means the earth will keep it's place.

Hang something? Are you referring to the act of God. When the scripture deals with God it often uses terms that can easily be understood. Like the idea God's eyes goes to and fro upon the earth. In another words God sees everything.

-_- you need to justify why you think looking at the sun directly would result in death
To actually see the sun directly you have to be extremely close. The exact same thing with seeing God , we can only see Him a farther off. When Moses want to see God Glory God had to put his hand over His Glory while Moses looked. Of course God didn't really have hands it only suggested Moses could only see a small faction of His Glory.

In order to see someone faces you have to be in close range thus no man can look on God's face and live.

 why do you think we have to be close to the sun to see it? And if that were the case, it wouldn't be looking at the sun that killed you, but rather the heat coming off of it that would.

Now you starting to get the picture when it's written God is a consuming fire. What you are "seeing" isn't the sun but the sunlight (electromagnetic waves) from a great distance . Now if you've seen the sunlight then you've seen the sun as Jesus told his disciple they had seen him so they have seen the Father.
As I added above: In order to see someone face you have to be in close.

Except god physically brings Moses the tablets that the Ten Commandments are written on. Moses got too physically close for god to be literally like the sun. And you still don't have to be physically close to something to directly see it

What to you mean physically close? Again this is what it meant God covered His Glory with his hands.
