Is there a Bible verse that affirms Sola Scriptura?

Can a Church then make up any doctrine they want if it is not supported by the Bible?

Once the "unplugging" is done for any given denomination such that "the masses" of that group/denomination go along with "not checking out the teaching sola-scriptura" --- well then anything goes (as the dark ages prove beyond all doubt).

No, but everyone can claim their theology comes from the Bible. Remember that even Satan quotes the Bible.

But not everyone can defend their theology by the scriptures.

That's not entirely accurate … Satan only misquotes the Bible because he is a liar.

A church can indeed make up any doctrine they want though not supported by the Bible because Scriptures itself says it will happen (Acts 20:30; 2Timothy 4:3 ).

History shows that indeed there were men who taught false doctrine (Gnosticism, Arianism, etc) but the Church has always rebutted them. Otherwise tell me why Arius wasn't roght since he claims that Jesus is the "First born of Creation" according to the Scriptures and that he is lesser to the Father?

The first part of your sentence answers why Arius wasn't right, his teaching became known as Arianism.
Arianism argues that Jesus Christ was a created being, therefore he was not equal to the Father and the Holy Spirit. Such a denial of Jesus is a rejection of the Bible’s teaching of the Trinity.

And with that denial of Jesus, there would no longer be three persons of the Godhead equal in power and majesty and glory.

Nowhere do the scriptures say Jesus was the first born of creation. John 1 easily refutes this idea. Everything that was created was created through Him (Jesus).

is then Sola Scriptura fake?
Sola Scriptura is not proved via the Bible, that would be a circular argument. I believe Sola Scriptura is not a true doctrine. We need other things such as:
  1. Canon of scripture
  2. Nicene creed
  3. Writings of early church fathers to indicate how the early Churches interpreted Christianity
